The Center possesses excellent experimental research and testing capabilities, supported by approximately 1,000 square meters of cleanroom space and comprehensive equipment including lightwave component analyzers, optical spectrum analyzers, precision optical alignment systems, arbitrary waveform generators, high-speed sampling oscilloscopes, bit error rate testers, and data communication analyzers for high-speed optoelectronic chip and system testing; X-ray microscopy, focused ion beam (FIB) microscopy, high-precision die bonders, fully automatic wedge bonders, silicon photonics coupling test systems, and automated wafer-level probe stations for advanced packaging and failure analysis; high-stability reference clocks, time interval analyzers, and phase noise analyzers for precision time-frequency measurements; as well as essential design and simulation platforms such as Ansys Lumerical and Synopsys OptoDesigner.
